I needed a emergency garage door key for my LiftMaster LED Garage Door Opener system, and Cameron Casey from Precision Garage Door of SD did a really excellent job on this. He was on time, and completed the job quickly and efficiently and gave me step-by-step instructions on how to operate the mechanism and reset it. He also had a pleasant and very helpful manner that I very much appreciated, so I will definitely use this company again for tune ups and any problems that might arise in the future. Precision Garage Door was the ONLY garage door company among many that I contacted who came to my rescue over the the weekend before, when I needed help getting back into my garage when I was locked out. A super company.

Mark was the sales person that came twice; friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Our door was around $6,000.00 dlls; beautiful door. The install was good, looks very nice, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the job left a lot to desire. “ the devil’s in the detail” as they say. Very upset with this. You would expect more because you went with a higher end new door from a reputable business. I did speak to a couple of employees about it, and did receive an apology from them. But the fact is that I had to wipe off the door inside and out, because it was left dirty. We are talking a brand new door. Also had to sweep my garage of all the debris that was left behind after the install. FOUND STAPLES. This is not right at all.

Matthew Gisbert showed up on time, evaluated the garage issues and gave me a variety of repair options up front. Once we decided on a path forward he got the job done quick then ran me through everything that he did once he finished. There was a slight delay due to the garage door we owned and a last minute work addition I made but Matt scheduled another appointment and came back out once he had the parts needed. Will definitely continue using Precision with technicians like Matthew on staff. Thanks Matt!
