At first the technician was ok, he fixed the garage but upsaled me so very expensive. He showed me before I left and everything worked. I did nothing except go in my house and worked. I went out a couple hours later to move my cars in the garage and the keypad didn’t work and none of the remotes worked. I called him and his arrogance was overwhelming and asked what I did wrong. The only thing I did wrong was going home to work! I did nothing!! I’m still pissed at his attitude. He asked me to get closer to the garage when opening the door and I was a foot away. The entire thing aggravates me. I called the customer service number to make sure I don’t have to pay for him to come out again. Cameron was very nice and he’s having James come out instead of Jon.

I had a broken hinge on my door. Precision was able to send a tech out immediately. Dustin was on time, courteous and communicative. Everything went very smoothly. Bought my opener from Precision and they will continue to be my first call for garage door needs. Highly recommend!

Excellent work by the tech, I couldn’t be happier. He explained the problem, showed me several options from which to choose to fix it, explained the difference between the options. I didn’t even thiugh garage door openers existed that can be checked and controlled remotely, how cool is that?! The install was done expeditiously compared to all the parts that he installed. And now I have a quiet, smooth, reliable, remote controlled garage door opener. Very pleased, and I’m an engineer so I’m picky about things like this. Highly recommend.
