Service was great. Bruce was prompt and thorough. However, the prices not so much. Everything costs $79.95 (the bracket, cable and ball bearing). Seems excessive. Perhaps labor is included, but without it being itemized, it frankly seems arbitrary. Even the lube and tune task cost $79.95, I think that should be complimentary to the 25-pt inspection. My fault for not asking at time of service.

Ok there are millions of stars in the sky and James is the brightest. Precision was the 2nd company I called and the 1st company didn't make the appointed time. So I decided to call Precision. James arrived on time made sure everything was comfortable and safe sold me on the best system, and was finished under time and under budget... My best advice is you want the best call Precision and ask for James...

Gabriel stopped by on his way home and took a look at my concern regarding the sticky hinges. He assured me that there was no problem. There was NO repair. He did not charge me for the visit.
