Really appreciated the really nice and knowledgeable technician. He did a great job and it was a real pleasure having someone like him fix the issue. This morning my spring broke on my 20-year-old garage door. I called Precision Garage Door and they had a technician (Henry) come out same day, give me a overview of what the cost to fix the spring as well as a tune up cost, etc. We went forward with the whole deal; Henry was fast and clean. Such a relief to know that everything is adjusted, updated and works so much better. Thanks again for a great job and i will be getting your name out to my neighbors.

Jon came out today and cleaned up the mess a previous garage door repair company had made and did an excellent repair and replacement of the opener and provided all the extras that go along with it. Bruce and Alex with "Precision" Garage Doors were so GREAT. When Bruce came out to my home was so knowledgeable about the product. He just wanted me to be a happy customer with my purchase. And Boy Am I. Alex Roach came out today and installed our new garage door, garage door opener,remote, hardware and key pad. He did FABULOUS. The door looks GREAT. My neighbor came over when she saw the new garage door. I gave her Alex's card. She want to get oe too. I didn't mention the garage door is so quite when you open and close it. I GIVE A 10+++

Mark, Hollis, and Jessie did an awesome job on our doors. Mark spent two hours with us, determining which style and color was right for us. We had a design and estimate that night. Hollis and Jessie did a great job installing the new doors, motors, lifts and rails as well as removing the old doors and related items.
