Henry came out same day and was actually early. Quickly diagnosed our problem (noisy door) and took care of it by replacing rollers and springs (original door installed in 2005). Now it operates smoothly and quietly as if it were new. He was polite, knowledgable, efficient, and got the job done. Would definitely use Precision Door Service again.
