Initial appmt time was 10am—12..I called office 12:45 asking why no one showed or called? She contacted a technician, came at 1:30, very apologetic. He said he had call t from 12–2pm. Ben was professional and knowledgeable and explained his plan thoroughly before doing his work. His performance was excellent. I do have a comment on the pricing of the work. We are committed to taking care of our investments and want to make sure that we troubleshoot problems before they happen. But to charge $89 per garage door that really didn’t need any extensive repair or adjustment and give no credit on the total for the service call seemed exorbitant to me. We are very pleased with our garage doors that your company installed, but we will think twice before considering a maintenance call based on your current pricing and only call if a problem occurs.
