We had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door Service San Diego from start to finish. Our garage door spring broke, leaving our cars trapped inside. After reviewing a few repair places online, we made an appointment for a service call for that same afternoon between 4-6pm. Our technician, Mario, called and was able to get here even earlier, which was terrific. Mario was extremely professional, thoroughly reviewing the garage door, providing several estimates and explaining the different options to us. We decided to have the repairs done and Mario had everything he needed in his truck, so he got right to work. He was very knowledgeable, personable and was able to get the garage door fixed quickly! We would highly recommend the company and especially Mario!

Mario did a great job. He did a very comprehensive exam of my garage door to figure out why it would not close. He explained each step he was taking as he examined the door sensors, the track, the springs and the motor. He presented me with two options— one a short term fix and the other a complete upgrade. I opted for the complete upgrade. He walked me through what steps he was taking and thoroughly explained why the door would not close. After two hours of work my door closed but more than that it closed without making a lot of noise. Mario did an excellent job and I feel lucky to have him as my technician. I am VERY pleased with his service. A+
