The technician, Javi, was very prompt (actually early) for my scheduled inspection appointment. He did the inspection and gave me a quote and after agreeing on the total cost, he promptly removed the old torsion springs and other parts needing replacement very quickly the same day. Outstanding service.

Daniel arrived right on time. He had everything he needed to repair the broken overhead garage door, and to replace parts on the other door that was showing the same wear as the one that broke. He was extremely efficient and personable. When he finished the repairs, he lubricated all the joints and rollers, then cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Repair if your garage doors ever need service or repair!
