Our garage door opener stopped working. Precision sent out a tech within 2 hours of calling. Kai was fantastic and friendly. Our motor was 21 years old. My options were explained to me and we opted for a replacement. He had the parts on his truck and did the work in about an hour. Reasonable prices. Would do business with again. Especially now that my motor has a lifetime warranty through Precision.

Having Precision Garage Door out to service and repair my garage door was the best decision I made. The technician Kai was on time, professional, and was able to give me options for repairs needed in a clear and concise manner. He completed the job and I am one happy camper!

A cable came off my garage door pulley rendering the door inoperable, so I contacted these guys because of all their 5 star reviews. They charge $119.95 for an inspection visit, which was fine since they’re highly rated. They were courteous and on time. After the inspection they provided 3 repair options, ranging from $1,118.65 to $1,882.99. I almost fell off my chair, I was expecting a cable change to cost a couple hundred bucks. They said the job required changing both torsion springs, and I thought that was odd since my springs were only 2 years old. Anyway, I decided to not hire them. The guy said the service call was $140. To his credit, when I insisted I was told the visit costs $119.95, he adjusted the fee. I did get both cables changed by another outfit for $200. Things appear to be working OK. It could be Precision was right and I should have spent $1,118; It’s too early to tell. I just believe one should get a couple opinions, and be careful of what may seem like “upselling.”

The springs on my garage door snapped, and the door came violently crashing down on a Saturday morning. My technician Daniel showed up bright and early on a Sunday and did an excellent job, fixing everything and also pay close attention to any additional damage and wear and tear than needed attention.
