Our garage door had an opener on it, but at some point it had gotten broken and then we removed it. We had gotten used to manually opening the door with the handle. We recently had new neighbors move in all around us and we decided to invest in a new opener. It was an easy process. I called, they set an appointment and Greg came out bright and early the next morning. Really nice guy. He explained everything and gave me a pad for the outside as a gift. James came the same day with a smile and installed the opener. The door closes so quiet! I can’t even hear it! It is such a blessing. I wasn’t expecting to be so excited over a garage door, but I open and close it for all of my friends. Sounds corny, but it’s true!

On a Sunday afternoon, Precision sent Matthew Gisbert. 7 years ago Precision replaced all my door rollers. Recently, they started acting up by catching and not consistently rolling through the track. Matthew is a very skilled and competent technician. But what stood out was his demeanor. He was polite, and communicated clearly what we should do. I also appreciated his efficient work; he finished quickly.

Mr. Spratt: WOW! Now I get it. Matthew did his best to sell me a new garage door (+opener, track, etc.). I only wanted him to fix the Chamberlin Liftmaster that I have. He seemed to be uncomfortable doing a diagnosis. Long story short, he expertly assessed the problem, ordered the appropriate circuit board, and fixed my garage door. Good equipment doesn't need to be trashed. Sometimes it just needs someone like Matthew to nurse it back to health. Props to Matthew Loyal Customer--- Robert Wilcox
