James is awesome. Arrived on time. Assessed the entire garage door and made some recommendations about repairs that I had not considered. Worked quickly & did an awesome job. I would definitely use Precision Garage & James again & would gladly recommend him to anyone needing repair. I should add, what a NICE guy!!!

At first the technician was ok, he fixed the garage but upsaled me so very expensive. He showed me before I left and everything worked. I did nothing except go in my house and worked. I went out a couple hours later to move my cars in the garage and the keypad didn’t work and none of the remotes worked. I called him and his arrogance was overwhelming and asked what I did wrong. The only thing I did wrong was going home to work! I did nothing!! I’m still pissed at his attitude. He asked me to get closer to the garage when opening the door and I was a foot away. The entire thing aggravates me. I called the customer service number to make sure I don’t have to pay for him to come out again. Cameron was very nice and he’s having James come out instead of Jon.

James was so professional, kind and personable. I knew right away I was in good hands in getting our springs replaces and our door back to working order. James explained my choices of springs in an easy to understand yet educational way. I felt like he took care of me the way he would family. My husband and I agree that our door has never worked as smoothly or as quietly. It was nice that James was also conscientious of COVID precautions too. Thank you!!!
