He assessed that the company who installed the garage door did not do so properly and that it should not have needed to be repaired for only being installed less than a year. In the years past my garage door spring broke it was just one Big spring the company I had fix it replaced it with two smaller springs supposed to be better because if one broke the other one would still allow you to open and close your door, until you got it fixed but was never told that there was different options for the smaller springs I got new smaller springs this time thanks to the technician letting me know the different options that are supposed to last a lifetime so hopefully this is the end of my problems with springs, I'm really appreciate the fact that he let me know there was other options
