Working with Precision Garage Door of San Diego was an amazingly easy and delightful process. They responded right away to our inquiry and sent Mark out to see our door. He was one of the nicest people I've ever met! Made all the arrangements and told us we'd have our new door the following week. Right on schedule our new door was installed and it looks great! Everyone at Precision is kind and helpful. It is one of the nicest companies we've ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Don't shop for a garage door anywhere else!

I would give Mark 10 stars!!!! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met!!! We had bought a garage door from Lowe’s. 12 weeks later still no door. Then we were told 12 MORE weeks!! Got our money back and called Precision Doors. Mark came out the next morning and scheduled the install next week!!! What an amazing customer service experience!!!

Let me see... Was called by Madelyn (sp?) on Monday from Sunday message I had left at your website. She quickly arranged a Tuesday AM appointment. On Tuesday morning, Matthew (my tech) called to say, if convenient, he could arrive a few minutes early. He diagnosed the problem/solution in less than 5 mins, then completed job within time-frame he had told me when I asked. Your email said "our goal is happy customers". You've got one here.
