Bailey arrived on time and did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem and providing an estimate of repairs . He provided an estimate for replacement and installed the new garage door in short order. My only comment for improved customer service is that when I contacted the office to schedule a technician no one ever mentioned the Internet specials that were available at this time I have since reviewed your webpage and found that remote wireless keypad is available and the technician is rescheduling to come back to complete its installation Free of charge Thank you Dan and Laurie Higbee

We had a new garage door opener installed. The work was performed on time with skill and professional service. We were notified when the technician would arrive by text and email. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He got our new garage door opener working quickly and helped to set us up for remote operation from our cars and house. He left the work area clean and took away the old opener and parts. All work was done to our satisfaction. We would recommend Precision Door Service.

While we are still in the process of the work ordered we are very pleased with what has been done so far. Josh is a very nice man, friendly, with knowledge of what he is doing and the product he is installing. He is very professional. He was timely for the appointment, punctual, and we received courtesy notifications confirming our scheduled date and time and when he would arrive. Notifications even included his picture so we would recognize him. All in all we are satisfied with the work and clean-up after. We fully expect the same superior service as he completes the job. Note the delay on the work was due to our late decision for a new door opener which was not on his truck at the time. No problem here.
