On Tuesday, in the middle of a terrible rain storm, my garage door stopped working. Of course when Matthew Gisbert, our tech, arrived for my appointment on Saturday, my garage door worked perfectly! Matthew was able to figure out what the problem was and he was able to fix it fairly quickly, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would use Precision again and recommend Matthew and this company to others. Very satisfied!

Had to replace the motor on my garage door opener. Eric was my tech & I cannot say enough good things about him. He was early, very professional & courteous & didn’t try to pressure me. He also helped me to re-program my two vehicles to recognize the new opener. This is the second time I have had to use Precision (first time just needed a tune up). Eric was my tech then as well. Both times he was pleasant, professional & courteous. I will definitely use Precision & ask for Eric again. James was here at our home for approx 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem as a broken main retracting string plus cables. James is a very capable and cheerful person. The total price was reasonable. He explained what was wrong with door mechanisms and replaced broken parts.

At first the technician was ok, he fixed the garage but upsaled me so very expensive. He showed me before I left and everything worked. I did nothing except go in my house and worked. I went out a couple hours later to move my cars in the garage and the keypad didn’t work and none of the remotes worked. I called him and his arrogance was overwhelming and asked what I did wrong. The only thing I did wrong was going home to work! I did nothing!! I’m still pissed at his attitude. He asked me to get closer to the garage when opening the door and I was a foot away. The entire thing aggravates me. I called the customer service number to make sure I don’t have to pay for him to come out again. Cameron was very nice and he’s having James come out instead of Jon.
