My parents are elderly. As the oldest child, I try as much as I can I help to protect them from unscrupulous businesses and unnecessary bills. They just now called me and told me that they had their garage door "fixed". I was not really sure that it even needing fixing. I use their garage door all the time. I had my wife contact Precision and ask a manager to call me.They told me that the manager was not in and that they did not know when Larry would be back. Larry called me 7 minutes later. I verbalized the questions that I had about the amount charged. He went through the bill and explained it to me line by line. He went above and beyond to let me know what the bill entailed. My parents were not able to articulate to me what the charges were for and why the total was so high. I cannot begin to tell you how refreshing it is to have this kind of customer service and care. Larry and I laughed about it and he told me that he too had elderly parents and that he understood what I was feeling. I HIGHLY recommend this business for the integrity and honesty.
