Very friendly, knowledgeable, explained things to me so I could understand. He was also very efficient, and finished within about an hour. I believe I was over charged for the services, I was charged for something the technician did not do, I was in my garage from start to finish. All the tech did was removed and replaced the bottom end of my garage door. I noticed the charges after he emailed me the final invoice, I am so tempted to stop payment on this check. If I don’t get some explanation. The technician did not perform tasks on the invoice. By the way the technician did not repaired a broken spring on my garage door.

My renters moved out and did not return the automatic door opener remotes. Technician responded immediately. There was not a generic remote for my opener but he suggested a solution of adding another receiver. I chose not to add the receiver, but the technician was able to assist me with changing the PIN on the key pad at least ensuring the renters could not access the space.
