There was no broken door spring repair. The svc call was delay in opening or closing the door, which resulted in the light flashing. This problem did not present itself while the technicians was here. Very expensiv call.

Hollis came and installed new door and motor for me did a beautiful job it runs great it's quiet as a mouse, I'm looking forward to years of not having to lift up my garage door :-). He let me watch, cuz I'm a curious kind of guy, and didn't even charge me extra lol 😆. Here's a little shout out to David I don't know his last name, nice guy, gave Hollis a hand with the install :-)
