Repair man tried to sell things that I did not need for example bearing worn out , hinges need replacing and unit not lubed. I keep track of repairs and after several NO's he dot the message. The springs were replaced and the door appears to be working. Thanks Ted Reynolds

Ben observed and inspected carefully to find what went wrong. He patiently explained to me what to fix and gave me the estimate cost to repair. He replaced only a couple hinges not the motor. The motor works okay. I will determine what is the best time to replace the motor.

Benjamin carefully observed and repaired garage door operator and chain. He sprayed lube on garage door joints. He tested and retested. The springs are good. It worked well. Benjamin did his patience and work very well. Good job!
