Great response from this company on a homeowner- caused problem. I tried to reprogram the opener myself, messed it up and the Operations Manager, Russ, worked diligently over the phone to help. Ultimately, the issue was beyond what we could do on the phine so he an appointment for Gabriel to come over the next day and he diagnosed and fixed the issue in a few minutes. Great Service! Dana

Chasen was on time, very professional, courteous, and observed all Covid protocols. He explained what was wrong with the door and suggested a remedy. We recently had the door painted when we had the trim and entry doors done. We were hearing a loud popping/cracking noise when the door ascended. Chasen explained this was caused by the new paint on the panel edges and lightly sanding the edges should alleviate the issue. He also inspected the and lubed the garage door mechanics. Fee paid was exactly what was quoted when the appointment was booked.
