Mark Davidson, field manager, came to our home to look at an existing garage door that was not keeping the heat out. We thought we needed a new door since heat was entering through the windows on the existing door. Mark suggested we keep the door but add window tint to keep the heat out. Hopefully, this will take care of the problem. Mark was very personable and professional. If we do decide to get a new door, he will get a call!

First, this is my second door/motor from precision. The first one, 14 years ago, was so banged up from kids/bikes/cars that it really wasn’t fixable. Estimate person came quickly and was knowledgeable abt the need. Long wait for door to come in but looks very nice. I would recommend Precision. Now for the cons: Less than a year old, started making cracking sound. Same day technician came and adjusted the rail which he said was bent. A couple of weeks later started making same sound only worse. Second technician came quickly and said house settling putting stress on rail said unfixable. When questioned he said he’d try. Said fixed. We’ll see…

Precision Garage Door Service completely exceeded my expectations. The customer service from making the appointment (which was made the same day) to when they (Josh Jackson) repaired our garage door opening was top notch. Josh Jackson the technician was very quicky to diagnosing the problem, he was thoughtful in explain the possible solutions and quick in completing the work once a solution was determined to the best option for us. Mario provided excellent service. He was honest and told me what the problem was and it was corrected by just moving an item. However, there was maintenance needed in the form of lubrication. It should be. noted that Mario was very courteous and respectful. It appears that since COVID19, the old saying that the customer is always "right" is no longer true, but Mario puts that to rest. I was having problems with my garage door going up and down. The remote that I had I never really liked it.
