Josh arrived early within his time window, and was very helpful. Our garage door needs to be replaced, and Josh helped me in choosing a design as well as addressing the uneven slope issues with our garage apron. Josh said we would receive our estimate on Tuesday. I was very pleased with Josh’s excellent customer service.

My garage door opened would not open the door anymore. The unit was from Precision and had been installed by them 2016. The unit needed to replaced and was under warranty, but due to the new Califonia regulation that all new opener have have battery backup there was a reasonable charge. The technician was very curious and explained everything. Thanks for the great job! Rick

Hollis worked hard all day to first remove my old garage doors and then to install new ones. He had challenges-a very high ceiling, new doors were a slightly different size from the old ones- and he was able to figure out how to adapt the new doors. He worked tirelessly. He answered my questions and showed me how to operate the new doors and openers. He cleaned up the floor and garage area after he completed the installation. A job well done.

Ben was in contact with me before the appointment. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and diagnosed a dead motor. He gave me plenty of repair options to choose from. He was very quick and efficient. I didn't even realize the new openers can be so quiet! I would definitely recommend Prescision and Ben again. Knowledgeable, polite, efficient service. I called the day my garage stopped opening and had a service appointment for the next morning with Benjamin P. I'm happy with Benjamin's work in inspecting my garage issues, explaining my options with estimates, and answering all questions. I decided to replace my motor and belt with their Genie opener (15 yr warranty), roller bearings (lifetime warranty) and a couple hinges for $1450 total. The inspection + installation took 2 hours total.
