Mark was excellent in explaining what needed to be done and why. We explained we needed to shop around and he was understanding for us seniors on a limited income. We eventually determined that Precision was the best value for the reasons Mark provided us earlier. Bruce was very professional. I appreciate his excellent communication, prompt arrival and his timely installation of a strut along the bottom panel of our two-car garage door to provide stability to a cracked interior panel of our metal door. Prior to today's work, he came yesterday and assessed our problem and offered different options. Because of the age of our door, replacement panels are no longer available; so, our options included a new door or the addition of the strut. The strut works well for us at this time. Thank you.

David did a complete “retuning” of our garage door mechanisms last year. He resolved an issue with an inoperable keypad remote and noted that sub-optimal springs had been previously installed.
