My garage door broke down and James from precision garage door came within an hour to come check it out. Turns out the opener and belt were broken (since they were 20 years old). James had replacements in his truck and was able to replace all the old stuff within 1 hour! Super fast, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend this company, and James!

We are extremely pleased with the prompt assessment of our garage door issues as well as the quality of the repair and installation of our new Liftmaster WLED opener. Dustin did an incredible job repairing and replacing springs, hubs, and rollers plus the installation of our great new opener. Everything was left neat and clean afterward. Our door opens and closes so quietly and quickly, we have to check visually to verify if the door is open or closed. What a change from the 20 year old Liftmaster it replaced.

I had a great experience with Precision. I called at 7:40 am and by 8:30 am I had a technician come and assess my broken garage door. Jon the technician did a great job diagnosing the issue and giving me options to repair the door. Before 10 am he had completely fixed my door and my door is running like new. Really appreciated the timely response and the quick turnaround. 10/10 would recommend this company for anyone with garage door issues.
