David arrived this morning and diagnosed that my current problem with opening was electrical. He changed sensors, replaced opening switch on wall, and wiring for these items. He also suggested I make an upgrade to my primary electrical outlet to prevent electrical surges. David was very polite and answered all of my questions. Precision is a very professional and service oriented company, and I would recommend them to anyone seeking quality garage door system repair!

This morning Justin Brown provided warranty service on an opener I purchased from you in 2014. Justin called ahead and arrived on time. He was very polite and quickly diagnosed the problem with the opener. I appreciated that he answered all of my questions so I understood the problem.
