My garage door was repaired today by two of your employees with names of Hollis and Logan. They called me with a 30 minute notice of arrival time as promised and arrived precisely in the promised 30 minutes. The wore their masks all the time they were here and were nicely and cleanly dressed. The replacement of my damaged panel was quickly and professionally replaced. They discovered the windows had been installed incorrectly at the factory, which they quickly corrected and the panel was installed in minutes. They performed safety checks, lubricated the parts requiring lubrication, made some adjustments and even cleaned my existing panels. You should recognize them as excellent employees. Lee Herzog

I am really impressed with your services and the professionalism of your technician, Hollis Durland. He was assigned to repair my door and just by looking at my garage door he knew that the last Precision's technician submitted the wrong door measurement. Therefore, Hollis sprang into action by calling his employer at Precision to see if they could ratify the situation the same day without rescheduling another appointment. Dustin was a delight. He was congenial, professional, knowledgeable, competent, and hardworking. He kindly explained the problem and the solution. I will ask for him next time. I was thankful that he reminded me to lube the parts once a month, and I appreciated his expertise. As far as customer service, the operators were polite and helpful, however, I called a couple of times, and they were not able to get me an estimate before the work was done. I just wanted some info first to decide if a repair was cost effective or it was time for a new door opener. As it turned out, it only needed a little repair this time. Overall, I have no hesitations calling on Precision again. I remember I had a good experience the last time too which was a decade ago. Thank you so much.
