James was able to be at my house right after the beginning time given to me. He went right to work and adjusted many things. When he needed questions answered, he phoned someone more experienced. As he did everything, he explained to me and my daughter. When my 30 year old grandson came, he explained to him also. He explained the bill to me and told me what to do if what he replaced didn't work. It didn't so we called the company and are having a repairman tomorrow. They said it would be James. I sure hope so. This time he will be here between 10 and 12. I'm thrilled.
