Jesse was supposed to come out and fix the gasket, if standing outside the garage with the door closed the gasket is how it should be. To the right side it has now been made worst. What he needed to do is remove the screws pull the gasket and re install the the skews so that the gasket sits properly, but what he did (lazy way) he stuffed it with napkins give the illusion that it’s making contact to the floor. The gasket should not be ripped or stuffed for any reason if installed properly (see pictures provided to owner) He was not able to close the gap between the fourth and the fifth panel at eye level. The 1st door installed took so long to receive than initially stated by (precision garage doors) I waited almost 6months for it and it did not have any of these issues. It had minor scratches here and there but no ripped gasket and no gaps inbetween the frames.

Good costumer service over the phone. Fast service!! My garage door got broken yesterday ( a holiday ) at 4:00 PM and We got it fixed today at 8:39 AM! The technician was friendly and very helpful offering products to improve my doors. He never pushed other than the necessary witch it made me feel good.. trustful Thank you Precision Overhead! Henry explained the process, the 3 levels of warranty and the advantages of the 5 year and the lifetime one. We chose the lifetime one and he proceeded to replace springs, rollers, cable, and rubber sealer and rail on the bottom. He was efficient, courteous, careful and did the work in the super hot weather. I could not have asked for better garage door service. He was excellent!

The tension spring for my garage door broke and left my car a hostage in it's own garage. Called Precision and they set up Alfredo for an estimate between 12:00 Noon land 2:00pm Sunday September 4. Alfredo did an outstanding job in fixing my garage door spring. On time (actually early, called ahead at 10:30am, arrived at 11:00am), very knowledgable, efficient, thorough, and personable.
