The service I received today was amazing. Mario was the technician and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me two different quotes, which were both very honest and reasonable. The electric eye sensor on my garage door was not functioning properly. I researched on the internet for a garage door company to do the repair and came across Precision. I was very impressed with the amount of positive reviews customers had given. I called Precision and the following day I had a technician, Mr. Pancarik, at my house first thing in the morning at the scheduled time. Mr. Pancarik was very pleasant and professional. I was totally impressed with the quality of service I received and couldn't have asked for more. With technicians like Mr. Pancarik I can easily understand how Precision received so many positive reviews.

Mario was very good at explaining what the parts of the garage door opener do, how they wear out, and what happens when they are not maintained or replaced. He was very polite and considerate. I enjoyed talking with him and was impressed with his expertise and how fast he repaired my opener. I told him he now has a customer for life!

I am not real satisfied with your service. The opener works fine. Your installer wanted cash only. I said no. Then, he remembered that he had a credit card machine in the truck. That is fishy to me. He quoted a price of $869.00 plus tax. The base price charged on the invoice is $895.90, a $26.00 over charge. Also, you charged me sales tax on both parts and labor, not just parts. Please refund the tax on labor and the overcharge between quote and invoice amount. I will not be calling you for replacement of my other door opener based on my experience. You cannot be trusted. My lesson learned is to obtain a written quote before proceeding with work.

I am perplexed that the technician was here LESS than ten minutes. I asked him what he did and he showed me the spray can and said everything was fine. He hadn’t even moved the door up or down. I could see he sprayed, because I could see it on the floor. Other techs that have been here have called before they came, have introduced themselves. Nothing like that from him. As I recall, previous visits have taken longer. The top of this form says service for a broken spring, which is far from being true. I was taking advantage of the 1/2 off sale for a tune up & lube. I guess the squirts of silicone comprise a lube. I’m sure glad I didn’t have to pay full price. You have been a good company to work with.
