A+++ Rick Jasso installed a new garage door and motor at my home in Pine Valley. He install the door plumb and square. It's rare to find a perfectionist technician that cares and does such meticulous work with pride. If I owned a company I would be fortunate to have him as a member of my team. He clean up and left my garage in an immaculate state. Because of Rick I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone in need of service. He gave me a rundown of the system and test the battery back up of the opener. Also, Bruce Moutaw made the difference too. The installion was performed in a timely manner. We are extremely satisfied. I am so grateful that Precision Garage Door was able to come to repair my door and diagnosed the problem immediately….Mario was terrific…very easy to work with and explained everything that was wrong with the door and gave me the options of which door spring and other garage door parts would be available and I was able to make my selection.. I will definitely call Precision again and request Mario, for sure….thanks ….and the door works like new!!!

I’ve had Josh out twice and both times he’s been amazing! He is super knowledgeable and talks so that anyone can understand what’s broken and gives you options on how to fix. The customer service when setting an appt is also top notch, they work with you to make sure it’s on your time and you’re never waiting way past your appt time.

Do not use this company, one big rip off. person that came out was rude. He quoted prices that were way too high and charged me over $ 500 to fix a simple thing. Also quoted $ 1200 to replace my garage opener and when I questioned him on the price, he said that is the price, I said no thank you. I just had it replaced for $ 750 by someone else. I had owned my own business and everyone should make a profit, but charging $ 500 over the competition , you are ripping the customer off.
