I really have to say that I am very impressed with the service I received. I called to see if a technician could look at my problem on a Sunday. Imagine my surprise when he showed up that day. He was very efficient, professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable and fixed my problem easily. He didn’t try to upswell me on anything which I greatly appreciated. If your garage door is have issues I would highly recommend this company. I will be using them as long as I have a garage.

He checked with us to be sure it was okay. We were pleased to have the repair work completed.

Knowledgeable, polite, efficient service. I called the day my garage stopped opening and had a service appointment for the next morning with Benjamin P. I'm happy with Benjamin's work in inspecting my garage issues, explaining my options with estimates, and answering all questions. I decided to replace my motor and belt with their Genie opener (15 yr warranty), roller bearings (lifetime warranty) and a couple hinges for $1450 total. The inspection + installation took 2 hours total.

At minimum I was overcharged for the unit itself by $100.00. First it was 100 bucks, then upon invoice it was $144.00. Retail elsewhere is $37 - 44.00, I don't mind paying a little extra but that's too much. This is from someone that has purchased a garage door, 3 keypads, new opener and had you out to service it all. This is apparently how you treat loyal customers which stinks. I will not recommend. The stars are only for the work preformed. 1 star for the ripoff.

Called for an estimate on a new garage door and opener. Mark Davidson returned a call immediately and schedule a meeting with me. My type of door was not in stock and had a long lead time. Mark found the correct door and the color that matched the house paint. The installation was scheduled and an opening came up 4 days earlier. Hollis Durland installed the door and opener in record time. Perfect installation. Got more than we expected. He lubed, cleaned the entire new door, cleaned up everything else and gave the training. Very professional job done, it's all about employees and Precision has hired and trained great employees.

Our tech repaired a door another company said needed to be replaced. He explained the problem clearly, answered all our questions, gave us options and guided us in choosing the safest way to repair the door. He worked nonstop for hours on a hot afternoon. Excellent service in every way.
