James Myer and his assistant arrived at the time specified. They found the problem with my garage door unit and replaced the unit, paired my garage remote unit in no time flat. James and his assistant explained each step that he was doing and answered any questions that I had concerning the replaced unit. Absolutely outstanding customer service and his diligence getting the problem solved with my garage door unit. I give both of them 5 stars plus for a job well done. I tip my hat and raise a glass to both of them

Camera kept being activated when nothing was there. I had tried to contact Lift Master but could not find a phone number in the manual or internet. Called Precision to explain problem. When technician came, he called Lift Master who explained how to adjust activation sensitivity.
