I got a referral to James from a friend. I called James that night and he said he could come the following day at noon. He was actually early by 1/2 hour. He gave me 3 quotes for a standard spring replacement, an upgraded longer life spring and a lifetime all inclusive repair option. Most importantly, he did not try to pressure me toward any specific purchase. I selected what suited me and he got to work right away. He completed the work quickly and did an excellent job. He was both courteous and professional and I was completely satisfied. I would recommend him and this company without hesitation.
