The service for repairing my broken garage door was excellent! The technician, Ben, was at my home less than 2 hours after my initial call. He even was earlier than our appointment (yes, he checked that it was OK first). We reviewed what absolutely had to be done to make the door operational, what was note essential but would make the system work better, longer, and then gave me a few options for future work on the system. I never felt pressured, but always informed. Now I have a garage door working better than ever!. As a bonus- it is so much quieter now that I actually check to make sure it is closing! ( I am sure my neighbor appreciates that, too). I give Ben and Precision "5 stars"
