Dustin showed up very timely, and worked quickly. Door remote would open the door, but wouldn't close it. Odd issue, that took replacing the sensors, replacing something in the unit and finally replacing the wiring. All I know for sure is that now it works! and under warranty!! :) Thanks Dustin!

The technician who came today to fix our garage is unfriendly and basically a salesman. He made several inappropriate comments when I said that we just wanted him to change the sensor and we’ll get a quote from another companies for the motor.? He said things like “it’s all about the money”, “Are you going to wait until your car breaks down?”
