Garage door was backed into and track torn off of wall...on a weekend evening. I had a coupon, so I called Precision and they responded quickly. The technician was very nice and professional...and they honored the coupon for the service call. I paid for services that night. THAT PART OF THE SERVICE EARNED 5 STARS. AND THEN..... The technician told me that additional repairs were needed in the long run and he'd send an estimate. When I received the "estimate" via e-mail it was in the form of an INVOICE with a request for payment on work that had not been done. And the estimate included things that seemed not to be needed, including installation of new springs to the tune of $1500! I sent Precision a return e-mail stating that I had paid for work done and would consider their estimate. Imagine my surprise (well, not really), when I had another company come out and tell me that a lot of the work was NOT necessary (including those $15000 springs). SO FOR PADDING THE ESTIMATE, I REDUCED THEIR RATING TO 2 STARS.
