After talking with Mark I decided to replace the whole door system including everything associated with a new door installation. Mark was very pleasant to work with. He did not try to sell me anything. He just presented to me the costs between repair and total replacement. Since my door has some age on it and the door opener the same I decided to put the money for repair into the new door. Love Precision. Came out on a Sunday and fixed my garage sensor. Door would open, but wouldn't close without holding the button down, inside the garage. Very odd problem. Easily made the appointment by calling their 24 service number, got a text with the tech's name and picture when he was to arrive (which is super awesome security). Dustin, the tech was prompt and worked the problem. Have used Precision twice now, and they are excellent. Would highly recommend them for your garage door issues.
