had a garage door spring repaired on 4/17/09 they tell u life time warranty it broke again 12/2021 now they say can not find the paper work.I was told that the paper work say they came over on that date but it does not what type of repair they made...yea right,

The service was excellent, no complaints about that. The only glitch was that it took a while for the circuit board part to come in, so there was a delay in the service, due to supply issues. I realize now how inconvenient it can be to be without my automatic garage door!

Chief issue: door intermittently retracts up on its own just started recently. Although the Tech was nice but I did asked him if I needed to move my car ( BMW M5 ) he said no , ok . I thought I had a lifetime service but he said it was only certain items , HUMM ok . Todays service will be $159.90 WOW ! Ok went to his truck got a bottle of silicone spray came back Gave the head unit a 1/4 turn to increase down force and sprayed the rollers and track AND MISSED THE TRACK SEVERAL TIMES LEAVING MY CAR WITH SILICONE SPRAY OVER IT , ARGGG. I was thinking he would clean the tracks and rails of dirt but nope just sprayed over it then tells me that’s what wears them out , I was puzzled why did he just spray over the dirt without cleaning , I’m dumbfounded he was I and out in 10 minutes including chatting this service was Maybe worth $59.90 definitely not $159.90 Definitely feel taken advantage of, this is another company that’s gone from Reputable to non-reputable and will be the last line I call them .

Our old garage door once again absorbed moisture from the heavy rain yesterday although we did n't know why it was not opening today. Thanks to your company for coming to our aid quickly this morning. Eric gave us several options. He worked diligently to fix the problem and reassured us that if anything was not right to call the company again. Eric was so courteous and professional. We really appreciated him.

Incredible service! Here like 2 hours after I called. And then it turns out all I needed was some minor adjustments, and not a entire new opener! Refreshing to have people who still give honest advice, and don't just try and sell you things you don't need! Benjamin the tech was polite and super cool and knowledgeable! In and out in like 20 minutes and my door works good as new!
