I thought I was to receive 2 flanged ball bearings but the invoice says only one? James and I discussed the amount for 150.00 for the ball bearings for 2 , one on each side I believe. Only one was put on? The service was very good and professional Harry

FYI after having your service person come out I followed up with another company who found that a slight adjustment solved the problem. The door and the opener are working perfectly. I had Precision come out to look at my opener. After a very straightforward process, we determined they could fix the opener for a service fee or replace the fifteen-year-old opener with a new one. We opted to get a new one. This one is QUIET and with LEDs - bright. An hour later, everything was installed and programmed, including cars, outside keypad, and the new controllers. The team was top-notch. Pros, meticulous, and a generous sense of humor apiece. Thanks, Precision!
