Door and opener replacement was scheduled 1 - 3 PM 10 Nov 2021. Technician arrived shortly after 3 PM and was surprised at the magnitude of the job but immediately commenced work. major issue was size of the door to be removed per job order since it was too large for removal with his truck. He was very personable and worked hard to complete the job, staying late to complete the installation. I appreciate his service. During our planning with the designer, Greg, we provided credit card information which we believed was a 10% deposit for door installation with final payment due after completion of instillation, when we planned to complete the purchase with a different credit card. Upon review of the initial cc account I learned that the entire cost $4,276.37 of the installation (not 10%) had been charged which is an inconvenience to us. After the technician completed work and was readying to leave at approximately 6:30 PM, I asked about the the door opener since one had not been installed. He stated he was told an opener was not included as part of this job. I provided him with a copy of the estimate showing item 5 which is the opener.

Actually my cable had broken not springs. The repair led to my purchasing a new door and complete package including door opener. My door already had a problem opening on its own unless the electricity was disconnected. My technican was very informative and helped me decide on the new door package.
