Precision Garage Door installed our garage door over 20 years ago and we've had a few minor repairs over the years. We called today to have it inspected after I backed up into the door before it was fully open. Gabriel arrived and said the door didn't need to be replaced. He recommended that the springs and rollers be replaced as they are the originals from 1997. Gabriel was courteous, efficient and the door opens and closes more quietly than it has in years. We are extremely pleased.

Jim Myer came at my request to repair my garage opener, which had completely failed. Within minutes he had identified the problem (It was me). After all was repaired and my car was paired to the system, I was told it was not a big deal and there would be no charge. I fainted! Not really bit I had not seen anyone do that for many, many years. From my experience Precision Garage Door will be the best company you could find in this, or any area to do business with. I felt like it was 1950 again.

I was getting frustrated with my garage opener and called Precision. It was one of the best moves I have ever made and I am 86 years of age. Jim Myer came to put my door in order and after a short period and when the dust settled, my door was working and he tossed in pairing my car to the door. I had been given a quote on a service call but Jim said the job was not great and he would charge nothing. I haven’t seen anyone do something like that for 60 years or so.
