My Keyless Key Pad was not working and it was less than a year old. I have had ongoing problems with this key pad. I called to schedule an appt and was able to get one the same day. Gabriel called to let me know when to expect him. He explained the problem and replaced the key pad. He was punctual, efficient and very polite! I would give Gabriel 5 stars!!!

Great service when my Mom's garage door stopped working. The tech arrived less than two hours after I called for the appointment. He wasn't able to find anything wrong with the door (it wouldn't roll down with the remote), but checked all of the battery remotes, sensors, etc, to make sure all was good. His suspicion is that the angle of the sun is causing the sensor to be blinded, causing the opener to reverse when it tries to close, thinking there is an obstruction. And, best of all, he did not charge for the service visit since he didn't repair anything, which was appreciated. We originally had the roll-up door installed by Precision Door a bit over two years ago, which is why we called them for the repair. Two visits, and two exceptional experiences. Highly recommend Precision Door for new installs or repairs. Fair price, great service, what more can you ask for? Thank you!!
