I had a great experience with Precision. I called at 7:40 am and by 8:30 am I had a technician come and assess my broken garage door. Jon the technician did a great job diagnosing the issue and giving me options to repair the door. Before 10 am he had completely fixed my door and my door is running like new. Really appreciated the timely response and the quick turnaround. 10/10 would recommend this company for anyone with garage door issues.

Jonathan could not balance door.I called about problem.You sent out 2 techs they just wanted to sell me new hardware.No attempt was made to balance door.I youtube how to balance door 10 min.I balanced the door.You guys are FRAUDS.An your techs are incompetent.

Did not connect door back to opener did not test to make sure it worked had to hook back ourselves luckily my husband was home to do. Changed cable but cable is rusty and 2 inches of seal missing Pretty expensive perhaps someone should come and inspect Not pleased!
