Chasen was very knowledgeable, was able to help troubleshoot why our sensors kept becoming misaligned making us unable to close the garage door, made recommendations and serviced our garage door. I opted to change our rollers, as ours didn’t have bearings and were made from a cheap plastic material. Once they were changed and tuned, the door opened and closed much smoother and quieter! We just purchased the home and hadn’t set up our outdoor garage door code and wasn’t sure how, and without asking Chasen offered and successfully reset everything and connected our remotes and my phone app to my Liftmaster. He was very pleasant, honest, reliable and easy to work with. I will 100% use their service for my future garage door needs!

This was a service call to fix what the last guy messed up. The tech told me we needed a new opener and sensors. I am sure he is correct. However, did garage door suddenly go bad in 2 weeks and only 4 uses? Why did the first guy not tell this? Now I will have to pay an extra $80 for the service call if they come out again. It should all of been done correctly the first time! I guess that is one way to get more money put of people! Keep adding stuff so they have to pay for more service calls. Disappointed in that part of your service. If you want my business, you will deduct the cost of an additional service call for something that should have been done correctly the first time!

Very responsive and professional! Gabriel did a great job diagnosing the problem, ordering the parts and making the repairs on our 20 year old door. We plan to call him back every two years to make the necessary adjustments so it won’t break when you least expect it!
