He explained this call in detail and answered all my questions. He also offered a few suggestions regarding accent hardware for the door and lighting for the garage door opener which I appreciated. Justin our technician did a excellent job on our garage door. It was very challenging for him as our garage door is an old wood 8'x10' door. The door would not stay up at all. had to prop it up. He installed new springs and made the proper adjustments and the door works fine. We also had a new garage opener (Precision Synergy 3708 belt drive)installed. It works great, very quite!! Glides very smooth. Justin was very friendly, polite and was wearing a mask. He was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was going to do. I would recommend Precision and Justin to family and friends. Thanks Justin, Anthony & Laurie

I ordered the door from precision garage several months ago. Due to covid the door took time to arrive . Precision Door kept me updated on progress with regular emails. When I called they were friendly and gave updates on progress. The day the door was to be installed I received email and text reminding me of the appointment. A picture and name was sent to me of the person installing the door . Jesse called and asked if he could come early . He arrived and installed the door in less than 1 hour . Jesse took time to explain how the door worked and gave advice on how to protect it from damage. He cleaned up all evidence of his presence and hauled our old door away . I highly recommend this company and Jesse . I couldn’t have asked for better service . They exceeded expectations.
