Justin and his assistant called almost imediatly after I placed the service call (on a Sunday). He let me know when they would arrive. He was very nice and respectful on the phone. He called again to say they would be arriving early. They were both very nice and got to work right away. They wore their masks and their uniforms were clean. They were very knowledgable and worked well together. They fixed the door and we are very happy with the service. I woould reccomend Precision to my family and friends.

Over charge for everything watch your wallet.Read contract slowly they charge for stuff that comes with garage door opener package.A bracket and 8 foot rail do.Then they add a keyless entry pad not needed but add $90 buckets. They charge for service call even after getting job. NOT HAPPY

The door and hardware are great. The install was not 5-star quality. Cheaped out on wiring and a poor job of picking up nuts and staples. A bit disappointed.

Really pad the bill too much.Charge for a service call after installing opener.Charge for bracket that comes with opener package thats fraud.Adding for keyless pad. Not happy.
