Jonathan was able to come out to my home within 1 1/2 hours of my call to Precision Doors. I had two cars locked in my two side be side garages, so it was pretty urgent. He thoroughly explained everything he had assessed, and gave me options with pricing on what work I could have performed. At no time did he pressure me or try to upsell me. He finished quickly (IMO), and stayed to make sure I could operate everything. He was professional and personable. One of the best contractor/repair experiences I've ever had!
