Excellent experience! I had a garage door emergency on Wednesday involving my vehicle and damaging my garage door. I called precision’s office that afternoon and they had a technician out the next morning to diagnose my problem and get my garage door closed to secure my house. They gave me a great military/first responder discount, ordered the parts and I had a brand new door installed on Monday! Easiest and most professional work I’ve ever had done on my home. Appreciate y’all!

What a great experience! They were able to have someone come out and check out our door on a Sunday. That alone gives them 3 stars from me. Once Daniel, the tech, arrived he was able to let me know what was going on with the old spring. He let me know what the issues were , and what steps needed to be taken to fix it. Once we agreed on which solution to go with, Daniel jumped right into action. I could not believe how fast this guy was moving, and how well he got everything set up. I was told these guys were good, but I wasn't expecting them to be this good. All that plus a great warranty. Will definitely be recommending Precision to others. Thanks guys.

Their technician rick Jasso game on time and texted me about his ETA. He diagnosed the issue quickly and offered to fix it right away. He was courteous ,pleasant, very efficient, professional, skilled technician. he explained the high quality parts in detail.
