Our installer, Jon T., provided exceptional service for our garage door opener and associated installation. Not only did he arrive on the same day for the diagnosis, but he also efficiently resolved all issues, exceeding our expectations. I must say, it's rare to find service providers who are as friendly, attentive, and meticulous as Jon. Highly recommended.

Rick, professionally trained technician, sent me a text with his photo as to his arrival time. He removed old door and installed the new door within 3 hours. Did a fantastic job. Gave me detailed instructions. Did very professional work! garage

Moses was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue with the logic board on my old Marantec motor. Cost was reasonable $227.25 of which $119 was standard service fee.

Ariel with Precision garage doors came out and assessed the problem with my garage door motor. It was 20 years old. He replaced it and now it's so quiet and nice. He was very professional, was up front about costs and didn't try to oversell anything. I really appreciate how quickly they were able to come out.

Alec came to install my beautiful brand new garage door this week. He did excellent work and was very pleasant to work with. He worked in the extreme heat and without complaint. I am very pleased with the outcome. I have already had friends ask who installed my door and I have not hesitated to highly recommend Alec at Precision.
