Yesterday, 9/26/22, Henry came out to our hoe and recoiled my cable back onto the spool and adjustted the side to side alignment and not the door is operational. He was very caring and explained my issues very well. We now have decided Henry come back today to replace our springs with higher tension springs to help offset weight of the door. Your technician Matthew did a great job making repairs in a timely manner. I was surprised however that the overall cost was about double what I expected. This was due to a previous conversation I had on the phone with the office staff stating that there was an $89Service fee to come out and that the springs were around $140 each. I wasn’t aware that both springs had to be replaced when only one was broken. Your technician also told me that it was just a one year warranty on the standard iron springs but that I could get a seven year warranty if I chose the more expensive springs. Bottom line, what I thought would cost around $250 ended up costing over $900. I wish I could’ve received a more accurate quote over the phone.

Many thanks to Josh. After explaining the issues I was having with my opener and Josh's evaluation, it was time to replace my 20+ year old opener. Also, the door hadn't been checked or tuned up for several years, so a cracked bracket and rollers were replaced too. Josh was professional and friendly. Explained the charges and answered my questions throughout the process.
